What’s the best way to lose weight?

This anonymous and confidential survey is about the preferences people have when trying to lose weight or maintain their preferred weight. We are also interested in how people may differ in their preferences.  You don’t have to be actively trying to lose weight to take part but you do need to be over 18, and due to the nature of the questions the survey is not suitable for those who have an eating disorder related to being underweight. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and you can find out the overall results of the study after the study has finished.  This study has been ethically approved by Northumbria University.  If you would like to participate in the survey, or for further information, please follow this link
